Hello all, I am going to a plate of origin party next thursday here in Australia and i need some inspiration for a dish from NZ. One of the other guests (from australia!) is making a pav which i have got into quite a fight about as it is clearly from NZ but I have lost that one and now I need to blow some socks off. Any help would be much appreciated!

I was meaning with NZ Lamb or if you cant rack down some NZ Paua you could do fritters.
