a nice fluffy and easy to make hot cross bun recipe needed as I am going to make them tomorrow but cannot find my old faithful recipe. Someone once said Jo Seagar had a good recipe but have googled and can only find one made in a bread maker. I need a hand kneaded one if anyone has a good one TIA

hi annie, just on the left there is a box with recipes, in keyword or member type hot cross bun, then in the date posted box click on the arrow and click on anytime then click on search, there are a few there, also some links to other sites.
