My reciept for Carrot and Walnuat Muffins have half a cup of oil in them. Can I melt Flora spread which is made of sunflower seeds instead TIA

I use flora all the time in baking, but more as a butter replacement. guess it could work, cake may have a slightly different texture. Worth a try I suppose.
