Gently toast a ciabatta loaf.Rub with raw garlic.Fry red onions rings, sliced red peppers and mushrooms til soft and gooey.Fry rump steak (med rare) rest for 5 mins and slice on an angle.Spread aoli onto half of ciabatta, add lettuce and tomatoes and crumbled feta (or regular cheddar).Add mushroom mixture and top with steak - press for 3 mins in panini press,Yummo!

what .!no salt and pepper. just kidding.:}might make some homemade ciabatta but methinks you could only eat one at a sitting.hmmmmm. maybe one and a half :}}}

I love a good steak, m/r, thin fresh white bread, butter, onions, s & p. and a lil tomato sauce!Probablymy all time fav meal.
