Use the puku, saute onions salt and pepper, add the puku (about 5 or 6) and cook til done about 5 to 10 mins. let cool then put into a blender and whizz till smooth, put into a microwaveable bowl add a little milk to get to a thick smoothie type texture and stir til mixed (bout 30 secs), then stir in 250ml cream and heat til warm or hot and serve.
