Do people care about the ethical side of using palm sugar! For a long time I have not bought products with palm oil due to ethical reasons but have still been buying palm sugar - duh! Have just found our Binn Inn sells raw cane sugar in a block that looks much the same as palm sugar (needs to be grated ect), this would be a good substitute wouldnt it!

Palm sugar is ethical to use antoniab. Palm oil is from a different tree to palm sugar.Palm sugar can be made from the date palm or the sap of the sago, arenga pinnata and coconut palms.
