Home brand potato dressing, if I am too busy to make a, mayo.

Dressing, suitable for most any salad
1 1/4 cups of malt vinegar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 Tbsp oil, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp soy sauce, Simmer for 3 minutes add pepper to taste. cool. I have used this on coleslaw, it is very tasty, It is my preferred dressing for, bean salad
