Strong flour-standard flour

Can someone help me please, whilst I have found out the difference between these flours I only have standard flour and want to make 'pretzels' would this work out.Many thanks.

high grade flour for yeast cookery, bread , pastries, fruit cake.dunno about pretzels give it ago, i think it will be fine

strong flour is great for making bread.
but if I don't have it in the cupboard, I still make bread.

I would give it a go and see how they turn out
