This method is to tenderise, do you clean the kiwi fruit off the steak before you cook it or is it part of the flavouring!

Scrape it and flavour it with preferred taste. Dont marinade too long or your meat will go soggy. yep soggy. you can add the kiwi fruit to the marinade. Just watch the timing. never soak over night. maybe an hour max, well thats what I've found to be enough time
