bp-nz-yoyo, are you making a loaf of bread or... . . ? If you are making a loaf of bread then you would bake it to cook it, not grill it, in the oven. :-))

Sweet I had it right Im on bake and am making flat bread not a loaf, I thought I had it wrong because it never turns out right
