best way to cook them please?Man caught some yesterday and has "steaked" them for me to cok tonight....I've never cooked them before....Thanking you experts in anticipation :)

dust in flour fry in Butter mmmmmmmmmmmm very very nice salt and papper and some Mayonaise thats how I would eat it.

I crush up some sea salt and black pepper corns and add a few pinches of lemon pepper.. mix and stir and then spread over the cutting board.. press each "steak" onto the mix both sides and onto hotplate to cook.. when you see the top of the steak change colour,turn over for a minute or so and serve..done !!!
