as in with the bone in? regardless really cook any way you like its a lovely white fish wrapped in tinfoil with your choice of herbs and spices and baked in the oven is yummy, dip in rice four and pan fry in butter till just cooked, in a roasting dish with tomatoes onions and herbs n spices ... the world is your oyster or in this case your Hapuka/Groper steak... enjoy I wish I was atyour house for dinner
