Has anyone out there a nice recipe for Fejoa Muffins.

I use a good basic recipe and add about 1-1.1/2 cups chopped fejias.

Feijoa Muffins
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp mixed spice
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
100g melted butter
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups mashed feijoas
Sieve dry ingredients. Whisk egg and combine with butter and milk. Pour liquid and feijoa into dry ingredients and mix very gently. Greased muffin tins. bake at 200 C for 15-20 mins

Feijoa Muffins
75 gms melted butter 1 cup finely chopped feijoa flesh (packed) 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup orange juice (plus rind) 2 cups self raising flour Topping 1 T sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Oven 200 degrees C.Melt butter in a large bowl.Mix feijoas into butter.Add unbeaten eggs, orange juice (can use lemon juice).Mix to combine.
Mix sugar and flour in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over the egg mixture then fold in without over mixing.If too firm add more juice or milk.Put into 12 muffin pan.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top.Bake 10-15 minutes.
