Our dear old Kenwood mixer leaking grease.

Weve had this since the 70s and it has been wonderful, but its leaking a little bit of grey oil or grease from the top where the implements plug in.
Can anyone tell me whats happening, can it be repaired and where please??

Probably just the old grease breaking down, either put up with it or get it serviced, you can try adecent appliance repair shopor try to find a kenwood agent. While you are getting that done you should get the motor brushes replaced at the same time. They are an excellent machine .
Ask for a price first as it should be pretty well straight forward

Interesting!I've been having that problem too.I just wipe the grease with a tissue.Maybe I should take mine in for a service too. It's been & still is an excellent work horse.Mine is about 27 years old!
