I use two different layers when I make lasgane...

the usual meat and cheese sauce - alternating with spinach (cooked) with cottage cheese stirred through it

Hi.. you could use any lasagne recipe, replacing the cheese sauce with cottage cheese.. and.. enjoy.. :-)

I blend cottage cheese with an egg and use that instead of bechemal sauce - really yum!

i made this the other night but couldnt remember if it was cottage cheese or cream cheese LOL so used cream cheese and it was yummmmmm

I made this too but found the cottage cheese didnt go far enough much rather a tasty cheese sauce
