What to do with egg yolks?

dotty23, Apr 27, 9:12pm
I've made a humungous pav tonight (first ever!) out of the "Recipes" magazine. It looks awesome - made into the shape of a well so it can be filled with cream, mixed berries & passionfruit pulp or similar.Anyway, I'm wondering what to do with 9 leftover egg yolks!@There must be something people do with these other than throw them out each time they make a pav??? Thanks.

Makes lovely hair shampoo - with no additives - for extra luxury rinse with chamomile tea after.

Great tip, Uli.

Best thing for hair is to wash it in water only...takes about three months for it to recover its natural oils and shine and to smell sweet, but I've seen the results in both an older person and a younger.

I'm not brave enough - yet - to give it a go myself ;)
