I have been thinking of purchasing a blow torch burner for brulees and as the gas cylindercontainer has to be purchased separately was wondering how much they are and where you get them.

You buy the refill canisters at Mitre 10 etc.About $10 from memory......instructions with blow torch how to fill etc.

Stevens have the torches on sale for $19.95 and then you can get the butane cans to fill them... I got my butane for $13 at KMart for 3 cans
