yep might have what you want from milsteak then soy sauce then onion then breadcrumbs then top w cheese a little milk in the bottom of dish bake slowly really really good

Our butcher suggested you cook in the slow cooker with a pkt of french onion soup mix. Cook on slow till tender. Probably 7-8 hours.

I make a mushroom casserole in the crockpot, using blade steak. Meat, onions, mushrooms, lots of pepper, 2 pkts Maggi mushroom soup made up with 1.5 cups water. Yummy and dead easy. Gravy is thin though.
