HI, I have a recipe for biscuits, needs 225grams of flour, but dont have scales.Googled it and I got 1 1/2 cups of flour, but also seen only = 1cup, then more if it is for a cake.Im confused lol, anyone know the answer please

I would go for 1 & 2/3 cups flour. Start with 1 & 1/2 and add the exra to get the right consistency. Good luck
