Anyone have a good receipe for bread using a mixer please.

Like a kenwood? I just use any hand made bread recipe but instead of kneading as the recipe says I use the mixer and use the dough hook.

3cups high grade flour 1 and a quarter cups of fairly warm water 1 heaped tablespoon yeast granules 1 heaped teaspoon sugar
Add sugar to water, and yeast when sugar dissolved, pour mixture into a well in the flour when yeast has clumped up to the surface of water.
Mix well
Prove. [A car with the windows up is great for this!]
Put in greased tin and bake in hot oven [180+] until exterior is golden brown.
It works for me!
