does anyone know how to make an hard chocolate icing for fudge cake

unless u just melt chocolate out of a packet ... that will be hard
or 1kg icing sugar, 100 gms butter, rub these together maybe extra butter to firm up in fridge later, 100 gm cocoa, and hot water to mix mix together and place on cake and put in fridge
