I once had some chocolate fudge which was the best I have tasted and the lady who made it said it was made with marshmallows. Does anyone have a recipe that might be similar? Thanks

this one is fab: Melt slowly in heavy based saucepan: 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups caster sugar 125g butter 100g marshmallows once melted bring to barely simmering for 8 mins with constant stirring. Take off heat, add 250 g dark choc (i use 72% whittakers) and a tsp of vanilla essence Pour into 2 lined butter loaf tins and refridgerate. cut before it gets really hard.
