In the method you mention mix flours (plural), coconut and cocoa, but there is no mention of coconut in the ingredients, and only one type of flour. could you please help? I am also assuming you mix the sugars in with this mix also?

Place flours, coconut and cocoa in a bowl and stir to combine.Pour in melted butter and mix well.Press mixture into a slice tin I line with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes then cool for 15 mins. Once cool the scatter over prunes or raisins and apricots nuts and choc bits drizzle with cond milk and cook for 20 mins until golden.
arrowmax, I haven't made nadineb's slice however looking at the method above there is no mention of the sugars so I believe that it should read. Place the sugars, flour. As goes for the coconut, I think the best guide would be the consistency of the mixture. Try mixing it without any coconut and if it was too wet with the listed ingredients then try adding some coconut, noting how much you add so that you would know for another time.
Sorry I can't help you more than that. :-))
