Springform Cake Tins

bruceakld, Nov 18, 12:07am
My old el cheapo springform tin has had it (won't stay closed) so I need to get another.
I've used my old one for cheesecakes, icecream cakes and frittatas. I'm thinking probably a 23-26 cm.
Any brand suggestions!
I love my circulon saucepans but never tried their bakeware.

I have circulon loaf pans and they are wonderful.

I used my Circulon springform 23cm pan just yesterday - love it!

I read a review of the circulon ones and it said that because of the lip if you made a cheesecake it would be hard to get it off the base. Do you think that would be the case!

I use Anolon and like them. Solid construction.

I always turn the base upside down on my springform pan when making a cheesecake.I would think you could do the same with a circulon one. You'd need to have a look and try at your local store.

The clearance shed at Pt. Chev had 2 or 3 different size springform tins
Quite cheap.Prestige brand, ex Farmers stock(labels still on)
Also a variety of other cake tins.

I love the circulon bakeware and am slowly replacing most of my old stuff.I specially like the muffin pans - even very rich short pastry doesn't stick to hem at all.
