Made my own mint sauce for the first time ever.It was so quick and easy to do - might bottle up heaps and give them away at Christmas time seeing as it was easy! Will they keep for months in the fridge!

Can you not freeze mint leaves till nearer to Christmas/ Should keep ok as sauce has vinegar.
