Does anyone have the recipe for ginger and cream cheese rolls i think thats whats in them but never know who to ask.

Just beat the cream cheese to a paste like consistency.Add finely chopped crystallised ginger and viola you have a spread for some yummy sandwitches

This is good with chopped apricots or dates added to it too.
