I have had one overgrown courgette given to me and would like a nice recipe to cook it. More than one as there are only a couple of us in the house and one marrow seems very big.

Yes this is a zucchini that has grown into a big marrow so I think there should be plenty for that cake recipe. My neighbour has more if I want too as they don't like them

Actually for stuffed marrow there's suprisingly little room to stuff it! I know because I stuffed mine with:
baked for about 30 mins at 180 deg C and viola! dinner :-)
