Does everyone here cook theirs for 2-3 hours!I used to make the Alison Holst recipe all the time and I found that it was always cooked in 45 mins to an hour.I assumed that the timing given in the recipe was an error.

I find the mac n cheese in the crockpot great. I often make it on a Saturday as we don't all eat at the same time because the kids are all coming and going for sport at different times. It's great to have a pot of it there all nice and warm when they come in.
