I used to make these often in my catering line. Because of the vast quantities made we often served them on deep edged platters inside tiny lettuce cups, made from the tiny leaves of the lettuce (nearer the core) . good luck with your quest.

Te Awamutu Pac n Save.They were a shallow plastic tray, with what looked to be an insert tray of indented egg hollows, and a clear plastic lid cover. I dont make curried eggs myself, but I thought it would be ideal for those that like to take them for a plate. I cannot remember seeing them before.
