Quick'n'Easy - Chocolate Crunch 125gr butter 1c coconut 1TBSP cocoa 1c flour 1/2c sugar tsp vanilla essence Melt butter & pour over dry ingredients. Press into a sponge roll tin & bake 20 - 30 mins @ 180. Chocolate icing when cold & sprinkle with coconut, chocolate chips or sprinkles. Cut while warm. Enjoy

Microwave Fudge (Sweets) 500gr icing sugar 1/4c milk 1/3c cocoa 1 tsp vanilla essence 100grbutter Cook on high 3 mins. Remove& stir well. Cook further 3mins. Beat until thick. Pour into a greased container & set in fridge.

Buy Caramel Condensed Milk & make these muffins. They are so yummy. Chocolate Caramel Muffins 1&3/4c flour 1tsp b/soda 1c sugar 1/4c cocoa Melt 100gr butter. Remove from heat & whisk in 1 egg, 1c milk & tsp vanilla essence. Add to dry ingredients. Mix gently. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into muffin tins. Add heaped tsp (or more) of caramel condensed milk & put remaiing mixture on top. Bake 15 mins @ 220. Makes 12.

Thats pretty much all that is in there. Well baked beans, soup, salmon, tuna, rice and pasta. Just the basics really.

I make a choc chip biscuit using the edmonds vanilla biscuit recipe, just leave out the sultanas and add the choc chips. Also could make spice biscuits to the same recipe, again leave out the fruit and add 2 -3 tsps of different spices ie, ginger, cinnamon, mixed spice, ground cloves, nutmeg etc, just go easy on the stronger tasting ones. Use brown or the crystals instead of white sugar.
