I have looked on the net for recipes, but they tend to use ingredients not available here. I have corn meal flour , does anyone have a recipe that uses this as its base?

I did a search - left of your screen - there are plenty of threads with tortilla's in.. none I could see for how to make them..
I've never tried this personally, but use that site for alot of recipes

You cannot make corn tortillas with corn meal flour. You need to go through the whole process of making Masa harina - or find it in some speciality shop. Even then it is not the same as a properly made corn tortilla. Best to make do with flour tortillas.

Nicki did corn tortilla's on World Kitchen, try finding a site for her.It was the last series I think cos I thought I'd like to try that but have't yet.
