We have a Breville waffle creations waffle maker.I am after the recipe for the crsipy waffles, have lost the recipe book and told the kids i would make them for breakfast, Christmas morning.PLease help me if you can.

2 eggs seperated 2 tsp sugar 3/4 c milk 1/2 c water 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 2 c self raising flour 2 T cornflour 80gm melted butter or marg
Beat egg yolks and sugar together.Add milk, water, vanilla - mix well Sift dry ingred in to a bowl add egg mixture and melted butter Beat egg whites until stiff.Fold gently in to the batter Allow to stand for 10mins before using Use approx 1/4 c batter for each waffle
