Food that can be prepared and frozen ahead of time

Any ideas for dishes(any course) that i can make in advance and perhaps freeze.Xmas is up the line 7 hours away and we will be travelling on the 23rd Dec, so want to try and make items and freeze and perhaps can start to thaw on way up?? TIA

Good old lasagne. Always comes in handy over xmas time for a lunch or dinner served with salad and crusty bread.

What are you looking for! A main course meal or desserts or the whole Christmas dinner frozen!

Go to Delia smiths web site.She has a section on what you can freeze for Christmas.It is also in her Christmas book.
