I had about 3 quarter a can of condensed milk so decided to make a slice with half plain biscuits and half gingernuts and 75g walnuts. I added lemon juice and rind and about 60g of olivio. Now that its in the fridge its very sticky(been in over night), I think not using real butter and adding juice has done it??
Would adding more crumbed biscuits work to even it out, what else could I use? Almond flour?
