Fudge Fingers.
In a bowl heat 120g cooking chocolate over hot water until melted.
Stir in 1 tin of Condensed Milk, add 1 cup of dried friut, 1/4 chopped crystallised ginger and 2 cups of wine biscuits crumps. Mix thoroughly. Turn into a shallow 20 cm square tin lined withwaxed or baking paper.
Refrigerate until set. Cut into fingers.

Fudge Slice pkt biscuits, 125gr sugar, 125gr butter, 1tsp vanilla essence, 1TBSP cocoa, 1 egg. Melt butter, sugar,vanilla essence & cocoa in a saucepan. Remove from heat & add beaten egg. Bring to boil & add crushed biscuits.Put inot sponge roll tin.Cut while warm

Mine is a little simpler Crush 1pkt biscuits in a bowl, stir in 2T Cocoa, 2T choc chips (optional), add any other goodies such as apricots etc (optional).In a microwave safe bowl put 100g butter, 1c brown sugar and heat till melted.Add 1t vanilla.Let cool a little, then whisk an egg with a fork in a cup, stir into butter mixture.Pour over the biscuits and press into a tin.Refridgerate.

This is the best ive tried so far!! melt together half tin condensed milk with 125gm butter, then mix into 1 pkt crushed biscuits, 3/4 cup sultanas, 3/4 cup coconut, 1 Tbl cocoa, mix all well and press into tin, ice and leave to set in fridge.

jessie981, not rich at all just a nicer option, mine has no sugar or eggs unlike yours and sultanas and coconut are healthy, my recipe must be a hit because i make it for fundtions alot,
