Ive done searches but seem to only come up with the lemon and sugar one....What Im wanting to do is make this concertrate and the just add it to a jug with water for when summer comes....Nice cool refereshing drink....or even bottle it for pressies for christmas...Anyone have a suitable recipe that I can make concetrate????

At a food show I asked the people who make SHOTT lemon and honey drink why they also added sugar and they said it was the only way they could achieve the cordial like texture, it couldn't be done with just honey alone, something to do with it separating over time, but maybe if you do make with just lemon and honey you have to be prepared to shake to blend each time you use it.
