Does anyone have a recipe for a light fruitcake using made up custard instead of eggs

Have you tried the Three Ingredient fruit cake? No eggs needed. Its lovely and so easy. 800gms mixed fruit, pour over 2 cups orange juice and soak for at least three hours, or overnight if you wish. Add 2 cups S. R. Flour and spices if you wish. Mix well and bake 1, 1/2 hours at 140o.
