hi everyone, im hoping sum one can help me out, iv brought a bag of semolina but there is no cooking instructions on the packet, can anyone tell me how to do it.

I used to cook semolina many moons ago ! ! ! ! I put milk and semolina in a double boiler. ( Shows my age ! ! ! ! ! ) However one could now use a microwave and do in short bursts to get the right thickness. Also add vanilla and a little bit of sugar. It is trial and error as I can not give you amounts I'm sorry. It may give you an idea though. A nnice addition is coconut... ... ... that was a family favourite. Cheers
