I have leftover roast lamb that I thought I would make into pies, I usually do a white sauce and leftover gravy but would like to try something different. Any ideas would be welcome? (but not mint please).
There a pie recipe there that is definitely mint-less and quite possibly "something different" for you to try.

Feta, sundried tomato, spinach, pinenuts. all or some. be yum in filo pastry.
