Fire Cider - anyone make it?

Been reading a bit about this - there are recipes on the net of course but I wondered if anyone in here made it, and if so would they be so kind as to share a recommended recipe?

I am unsure of the method for your query. Sounds like a drink ?.
I have fermented Bhut Jolokia chillies to make a sauce like Tabasco sauce. It turned out like ''fire sauce''
I made it 3 or 4 years back, and it is just getting better as it ages. I made 2 litres of the sauce, and wont be having to repeat that unless it spoils.

Yes I make 100l of ACv at work at a time then with 20l of that make Fore ACV

Its great stuff and sells like hot cakes.

Will find my recipe and post it in a bit :-)

½ cup sliced, peeled fresh ginger root
6 cloves garlic, peeled and gently crushed
2 habanero peppers (alternatively, use Scotch bonnet, jalapeño or Serrano peppers) sliced
1 lemon, sliced crosswise
1 3-inch long piece of turmeric root, peeled and grated or sliced very thin
1 stalk of lemongrass, sliced on the diagonal
1 l organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Raw organic local honey (optional)

I let it steep for 4 weeks shaking the jar daily
