Sourdough in breadmaker

Want to make my own sour dough but can't knead because of rsi can someone please recommend a breadmaker

I was all set on one but then someone said it was best until I started making sourdough

However, you don't need the machine to do the entire thing.
I make normal bread, using the machine ti mix and knead. It is always on dough setting.

Then I take it out, shape, and leave for the final rise then cook in oven in my own bread tins.

All of them will do this just fine, whatever the type of bread you prefer.

Nicola Galloway has a couple on her website, I haven't made any but have used many of her recipes over the years
