Cambodian recipe please like bright yellow pancake

birdie22, May 8, 6:15am
We had a Cambodian neighbour who used to make a dish which was like a bright yellow pancake. You would wrap it in a raw cabbage leaf and have mince and mung beans in it. It also had a dipping sauce. Can't remember what it is called but would love to have it again. Can anyone help? ?
