Lemon Butter Sauce 1 large garlic clove, chopped 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Purée garlic with lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth. With motor running, add melted butter and blend until emulsified, about 30 seconds. Then chill. This can be made a dew days ahead

I know this is a cheat, but it is a very good one. Lee Kum Kee make a lemon chicken sauce that can also be used for fish or pork or as a dipping sauce. It's listed ingredients include lemon juice (naturally! ) salted plum and rice vinegar.
