Hi does anyone decorate cakes a lot and have a great buttercream recipe? The one I use is good but sometimes tastes a bit surgery if that makes sense maybe I need to beat the butter more? Anyway an awesome recipe would be greatly appreciated

You should always beat for at least 5 minutes on high speed.
