kiwisportsgirl, Apr 6, 8:33am
Have all the stuff out of my cupboards ready to go. Have to make Cookies for my workmates and have that under control.
Fancy making a new type of slice. Do the usual Caramel, Ginger Crunch do a quick and easy Cocnut Slice. Anyone got any ideas of what else I can try?
I used to have a Chocolate Crunch recipe but I can't find it. Just need a bit of help from you bakers out there. Going to do a Chocolate or Banana Cake as well. I have so many Banana's in the freezer.

This is a quick easy recipe with no jam, and tastes vg. You could of course try placing half mixture in tin, spread with jam, then rest of mixture if you want to.

I make this a lot, but use the alternative icing recipe that someone once posted, as it covers more generously:

60g butter, 4tbsp golden syrup, 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, 1-2 tsp ground ginger. Melt all in a saucepan or microwave (much easier).
