Apple jelly

I have just made a batch of apple jelly over last couple of days.

Boiled, and bottled.Now cooled down and very liquidy.How do I fix that !
Reboil !I thought I had done everything to the book.

Too late in the season - you need unripe little green apples which have lots of pectin to get jelly.

If you use ripe apples you will have to add pectin:
