I was going to make just a rice salad to take to a bbq tonight but I have some left over cooked chicken so thought I would combine the two.What dressing should I use!I normally just do a vinaigrette for a rice salad or a mayo one for a chicken salad but not sure what one to have for this.

The dressing I use when I make a chicken/rice salad consists of 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup honey and 2 tbs dijon mustard.Is yummy as!
