FREEZING CORN.

devalois, Mar 15, 9:36pm
I've been offered a 'row' of corn, and wanted to know if I can freeze it "on the cob!" Having recently shifted house and still falling over boxes I MUST get done, I need to prioritise my time, so any tips on how to freeze it "quickly" would be wonderful!

I like to blanch mine before freezing.I don't know if it makes a difference or not, it's just what I've always done.

I blanch mine before freezing and individually wrap them in glad wrap. Then to cook I just microwave them in the wrap for a few minutes.Iput a bit of butter inside the wrap before cooking them sometimes
