I had lunch with my SIL at Fleurs Place (it was FANTASTIC, by the way)
We were hurrying by the time we left . I didn't have time to browse her cook book.
SIL had the platter of bread and dips
I loved her curried egg dip.
If you have her book, can you see if the recipe is in the book.
(not asking you to post the recipe -think that isn't ethical) But if it is in the book, I would be happy to buy the book for just that recipe

duckmoon I don't have Fleur's book but if the dip recipe is in her book, how about borrowing the book from the library so that you can get that one recipe.
Hope someone if able to tell you if the recipe is in Fleur's book.:-))

Another couple of suggestions for you duckmoon.
Try contacting Fleur directly and ask her for the recipe for the dip that you so enjoyed at her place. or Contact one of the magazines (e.g. Cuisine, Food.) who take and followup on requests for cafes' and restaurants' recipes.:-))
