would this work! I can't find a recipe (only ones for jacket baked potatoes with topping!) and I've already thinly sliced the potatoes. I don't have cream or sour cream so was hoping to use yoghurt instead, how can I tone down the tanginess though! Thanks

gee it sounds rather greek so could you add olives or feta or garlic or sundried tomatoes (you get my gist!)

I would add a little milk if you have it, if you have some garlic maybe put it between the layers for more flavour, and grate a little cheese over the top.

thanks heaps, added some mayo with garlic aioli, bit of milk, garlic chives and grated cheese.looks pretty good so fingers crossed lol
